New York Jets' Final Injury Report: Starting Cornerback Downgraded, One of Two Questionable

Jets Safety Ashtyn Davis Out, Starting CB DJ Reed Questionable

The New York Jets released their final injury report on Friday, December 16th, with starting cornerback DJ Reed downgraded to questionable with a hip injury. Reed had been limited in practice all week and his status for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions is uncertain.

Safety Ashtyn Davis is ruled out for the game with an ankle injury. He did not practice this week and was removed from the injury report altogether. Quincy Williams is expected to start in his place.

Wide receiver Elijah Moore (ankle) is also questionable after being limited in practice all week. Moore has not played since Week 8 and his status for Sunday remains up in the air as well, according to head coach Robert Saleh. If Moore is unable to play, Denzel Mims and Jeff Smith should see an increase in snaps opposite Garrett Wilson.

Injury Report

OUT * S Ashtyn Davis (ankle) QUESTIONABLE * CB DJ Reed (hip) * WR Elijah Moore (ankle) NO INJURY STATUS * DL Bryce Huff (back) * OLB Quincy Williams (ankle)

The Jets will host the Lions at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, December 18th at 1:00 PM ET.
